Fabrication and importing, an Area of Responsibility (AOR).
This program provides stone products to you at quarry-direct pricing.

As a fabricators or distributors you will not only cater to an established industry, but you can also easily enter and sell into a market normally outside the reach of the custom marble and granite companies.

This previously unattainable pricing of the natural stone allows fabricating Importers to sell direct to the builder market, designers, developers and even owners of single-family homes offering stone materials, installation and additional fabrication if required.

The research reveals that they would be inclined to purchase stone products offered at affordable levels. Even established fabricators & distributors have taken advantage of RST's AOR program in hopes of tapping the direct, low-cost opportunities saving money, precious time and labor.

Whether you are providing marble, granite, limestone, Travertine, tiles, pavers, countertops or vanities, the consumer and commercial space becomes a viable marketing target for your prospects seeking sources of highest-quality, lower-priced product.

Distribution Center. The ideal candidate for this level of Partnership is an experienced distributor or business entrepreneur who clearly understands what is needed - in time, money and other resources - to make it work.

In many cases, distributors & importing fabricators are quite similar. Distributors generally are larger importers (as it pertains to this plan) and do not fabricate but the trend has shown that fabrication 7 installation has tremendous benefits to your profits, so it is not unusual for an importer to do both. Non-Importing AOR. As a Rococo authorized dealer you will be seeking a first-time business opportunity in the granite or stone category industry, with lower investment and importing requirements.

Non-Importing AOR's rely on our Hub/Distribution Centers to supply pallets as needed. Non-Importing AOR's can supply materials by the pallet, as well as install it for customers within your local area.

RST’s model affords you, our RST importing distributors huge pricing advantages. This allows you to have effective penetration into many existing and previously unexplored markets.

The program also provides you with all types of other trades including the existing stone trades. They sell to their customers at trade wholesale below all the competition, and still maintain substantial profit margins.

As a Rococo Importer you can supply the vast existing marble & tile stores that are already operational and in business with other marble and tiles offering your special unique stones. You can also specialize in other products as well. This is only possible through our Rococo importing dealership.

With most RST Partner Programs, you are encouraged to offer quantities of product materials within and beyond a given area of responsibility. By doing such, this opens new markets to the Rococo product line.

These markets include architects, designers, marble and granite installers, builders, handymen, kitchen cabinet manufacturers, etc. This could even include established marble and tile stores. Many in the trades have a huge customer base accustomed to this distribution protocol.

This could help launch a tremendous wholesaling revenue stream for you, especially with RST’s exclusive marbles and specially-designed stones, precut modular systems, and the full line of stone products that will remain special and rare and sometimes exclusive only to you as an authorized Rococo distributors and dealer.

granite businessmenYour growth potential is a critical consideration. You can start with one range and size of tile. Then you can expand as budgets allow to provide other Rococo products.

These include Milos or Desert stone, kitchen or vanity tops, or Rococo-Color, for example. Such expansion comes only after extensive research – and then only if the warehouse facility and budgets allow it.

Yet, considering such options could expand the enterprise’s future. For example, you can provide such inventory on the wholesale level (without cutting or installing product).

One container of 6,000 square feet of RST flooring tile product at a profit margin of $2 per square foot would result in significant after-sale  profits for you.

Keep in mind that as with many such investments, profits often only are realized by importers or experienced participants, and should be considered once you have a thorough understanding of the marble and granite business.

RST recommends that in the beginning, you focus on the distribution side of the business plan – and not installation. In time, RST can guide you toward installations of such products as antiqued marble and stone, for example.

To that end, RST requires basic training for all new partners to help them understand the RST program and products. You will emerge from the two-day training session versed in all our inventory and offerings, from our pre-mixed French pattern and standard sizes of marble and stone, to products delivered ready-to-install with Giava edges and chamfered for better finished installations.

Moreover, RST encourages you to offer custom work due to the concept and different sizes and with easy installation on Rococo’s best selling stones reducing costs for labor and time, ultimately, improving your productivity. Installers regard antiqued stones as a piece of cake to install as it is not set in mud as other rectified & calibrated tiles.

RST also developed the Giava edge making it a better-looking installation for the customer making tiles closer and smoother; our tiles are thoroughly inspected and professionally palletized for shipment.
