The Multi-Dwelling Market - this is an ideal target for the fabricator services, distributors or trade specialist product. The consistency and uniformity of the color, quality and cut of RST granite, limestone and marble products make them ideal for end-users seeking a standardized solution.

Servicing the multi-dwelling projects also changes the business dynamics of an AOR fabricator or distributor, providing a steady stream of product.

Production Builders. This category of buyer require the services of RST. the fabricator, Installers, the Distributor Again, the consistency and quality of our product ensure customer satisfaction.

As stated previously, Rococo Stone Traders is a partnership built on two entities – RST management, which seeks out aggressive sales opportunities, and partners clients who can deliver in the regionalized market.

In order to achieve RST’s growth potential, management is focused on increasing penetration of the international markets, establishing relations with builders and architects, expanding relationships with the major home improvement chains and Launching new products into the network.
This includes:

Product / Service (A). Granites of various sizes and thickness of pre-cut and pre-profiled granite and marble modular pieces,specifically designed to accompany a multitude of applications within the solid countertop granite consumer industry.

Product / Service (B) Certification (optional) is an integral phase of servicing accounts.
Training instruction includes, but is not limited to: Our modular utilization, Standardization, Specialized techniques and Sales and marketing.

The training process takes place in New York or Florida. Here new fabricators and entrepreneurs will learn specialized techniques in our pre-cut modular systems including granite slabs in a four-day course.

Minzer GrandWe also encourage our non importing dealers or anyone who is interested in our program to work with a rococo dealership for a few days to understand what it takes to fabricate all types of granite installations including billing and general running of a fabrication shop, including marketing and sales.

Architectural books (C) are available through suppliers in the United States. Today’s fabricators are not trained in the art of sales, do not have additional sales tools and professional advice, and rarely have the know-how to reach certain targets and goals. This isn't the case with Rococo's fabricators and Distributors.

We encourage use of an architectural book to present a polished image and a professional touch to the high-end builder, designer, kitchen cabinet manufacturer, designer stores, developers, etc.

Financing large projects: This can be achieved with careful planning, which we can assist you with. For example, a multi-million dollar project would be negotiated with a developer or major builder who understands the benefits found with the RST program – including price and quality.

A payment schedule would then be made, one which we can assist you with. With time, any partner can negotiate such a contract with a major developer simply by taking advantage of the buying power and delivery capabilities borne of being a part of a huge group. Your customers enjoy greater confidence and grows your business.

Sales and marketing. RST is an aggressive marketer on behalf of our partners. We implement marketing strategies designed to maximize our performance in the target market, given our current position and the available market resources. We will distribute granite, Rococo-color granite, and marble countertops, tiles, both directly through intermediaries in order to maximize our reach into the target market.

MARKETING OBJECTIVES

Our Dealer Marketing Plan is designed to accomplish the following objectives:

  • Increase the size of our (Area of responsibilities) with our fabricators and Distribution marketing base.
  • Raise awareness of our brands, including Rococo Tiles, Rococo Stones,
    Rococo Color and Rococo pre-fabricated countertops.
  • Position our brand as the best for the investment for our targeted customer base.
  • Educate customers about the advantages of utilizing our services and products over that of the competition.
  • Win business from industry leaders through our marble and granite modular systems.
  • Expand into new markets/territories with greater price points and product differentiation over the competition.
  • Attract and retain the more profitable customers by investing more time and effort in them and being careful not to get side-tracked by customers that are too small, outside our target market, or otherwise unattractive from a revenue or profit perspective.
